I have forgotten my password, how do I retrieve it?

• Go to the Forgot My Login page and complete the short form and
  your login details will be emailed to you.

I have uploaded images but they do not appear in my gallery?

• To give you greater control on how you publish your artwork, images you upload
  to your Image Library do not automatically appear on your live galleries.

• You can choose which images appear by selecting them in the Gallery edit form.

How do I add images?

• When you are logged in, click on My Images in the left menu
  and then click on add an image or the icon.

• Please note that before an image is displayed on you gallery
  you need to add it from your Image Folder.

How do I replace an existing image?

• When you are logged in, click on My Images in the left menu and open My Image Folder.

• Click on the edit icon next to the image you wish to update.

• You can then change details of the artwork and upload a new version of the image.

How do I delete an image from my gallery?

• When you are logged in, click on My Images in the left menu and open My Image Folder.

• Click on the edit icon next to the image you wish to update.

• Click on the Delete button at the bottom of the form.

How do I edit details about an image such as the price, description and title?

• When you are logged in, click on My Images in the left menu and open My Image Folder.

• Click on the edit icon next to the image you wish to update.

• You can then change details of the artwork including price, description and title
  and if you wish, upload a new version of the image.

What happens when someone wants to buy my artwork?

• There are three options for selling artwork.

I received an email saying someone has left a comment, where is it?

• To ensure your privacy, comments need to be approved by you.

• To view the comment refer to the email alert you have received
  and this will guide you to the Edit Form that you need to open
  and approve it.

Useful tip:

• Click on My Galleries and scroll down to the gallery edit icon.

• Click on Activate comments for this gallery.

• Tick the box Approved next to the comment.

• Click on Save to finish and the comment
  will be dispayed on your gallery page.

How do I see how many people have viewed a particular image?

Open My Images and click on My Image Folder, each image has a (Hits: 0) indicator
showing how many times the image has been viewed.

What do the (Hits:0) beneath my images mean?

• (Hits:0) tells you how many times visitors to the website have viewed each image
  on your gallery page.

Why does a grey flower appear when my gallery is displayed on the website?

• This indicates you have created a gallery but you haven't added a thumbnail image.

Useful tip:
If you want capture a visitor’s attention you can upload a thumbnail image.

1. To upload a thumbnail image, login and click on My Galleries.
2. Scroll down to Edit existing galleries then click on the edit icon next to the gallery.
3. When the edit form has opened, scroll down to Upload a thumbnail image for this gallery.
4. When you have selected the image file scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on save.

I want to remove my information from your website. How do I cancel my account?
