About Me

I am a Scottish photographer currently based in Guernsey, Channel Islands, UK. My passion is art photography, but I also produce stock and sell images through various photo agencies. In 2010 I will be featured in Art Domain's Who's Who featured their top 100 up and coming art photographers. Most of my images are taken outdoors, but are not traditional landscape images. My style doesn't fit easily into a category, but is probably closest to deadpan. I enjoy trying to capture atmosphere and hope my images are thought provoking and evocative. I enjoy creating vibrant, simple colour images of the everyday, but also love to work with atmospheric black and white subjects. With both, I try to capture atmosphere and create an image which is thought provoking and evocative and allows the viewer to delve below the surface.
