It was a privilege to grow up in a sleepy Free State town, where I had the opportunity to spend a lot of my free time out in nature. Many hours spent soaking up orange sunsets as it burst open and drained onto the grass covered horizon, soaking everything in its golden splendor.

After high school, I moved to Thaba N’chu to start what became a very exciting career in the casino industry, that spanned more than a decade. This path lead me to many interesting places and situations, where I met countless wonderful souls, most of whom have shaped mine into what it is today. .. I still carry the warm, salty breath of the Wild Coast, and the most wonderful sunrises from Nelspruit with me… When I close my eyes I can hear the Lone Creek waterfall in Sabie and the millions of night sounds in Hazyview… I hold all these gifts close to my heart, here where I am now.. Back in my sleepy little home in the Free State .. Here where all things seem to come full circle..
