I painted this one "off painting" in January 2010, on the 7th. I have used only oil paint on canvas. It is entirely from my imagination. I like the way that the clean cut edge's give the effect that everything is very deliberate. There's no busy work's in the picture except for the sky which i have done in my "copyright" style. In virtualy every sky painted by me, you will have this style . www.twotonevisuals.com Its size is quite big for a painting of this nature ( It is wet on wet paint, with an abstract left top corner. This is not a painting that is detailed, in fact i have shown quite clear here that you dont need to put lot's of detail into a painting to create a stunning visual effect. You do-not have to agree with me because the beauty is in the eye of the beholder. In other word's, what is great to one person, is'nt great to the next person? THAT is the beauty of modern art my friend. We artist's struggle to "continuesly" create painting's that pleases everyone. Now this my friend is something i do-not worry about because if i did? Well then i wouldent even get off the ground and all that you see would not of been created! Choice is an amazing thing. Having a choice give's us the option to judge, weigh up, juggle, decide, ponder and have a good old conversation on the topic at hand. Thankyou for looking at my artwork and judging it. Peace. |
