Original art works of Beautiful Embroidery

This works in this Gallery are completely hand made, the pieces are embroidered with thread, beads and sequins. Some of the pieces are painted with Acrylic paint which gives a vibrant colour and also strenghthens the work. The pieces are then stitched to the Canvas to create the design. All the pieces have been painted with PVA glue on the reverse of each individual piece and also on the back of the canvas. This helps to prevent any of the threads working loose or coming undone. The works can be very gently hoovered if dust becomes a problem but usually a flick over with a feather duster does the trick. I hope you enjoy looking at the work.
